Digital Mastery Hub — Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Digital Mastery Hub ("the Platform"), a professional certification management platform operated by 365 Digital (Pty) Ltd ("365 Digital", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the Republic of South Africa.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Digital Mastery Hub, including all associated features, content, tools, and services accessible via the 365 Digital website.

"User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.

"Content" refers to all text, data, graphics, user interface elements, and other materials available on or through the Platform.

"Certification" refers to third-party professional certifications tracked through the Platform, including but not limited to Google Skillshop certifications.

"Progress Data" refers to your certification status, XP points, badges, streaks, and other gamification data recorded on the Platform.
3. Platform Description
The Digital Mastery Hub is a certification tracking and professional development management tool. The Platform does not host, deliver, or administer certification courses or examinations. All certification courses are completed on official third-party platforms (including Google Skillshop) and are subject to those platforms' own terms and conditions.
The Platform provides:

A structured dashboard for tracking certification progress

Gamification features including XP, ranks, badges, and activity streaks

A Kanban-style task management board

A glossary of industry terminology

Learning path visualisation
4. Eligibility and Account Access
4.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
4.2. Access to the Platform requires registration through the 365 Digital website membership system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
4.4. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of managing and tracking your professional certifications. You shall not:

5.1. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws of the Republic of South Africa or any other jurisdiction.

5.2. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or related systems.

5.3. Misrepresent your certification status, including marking certifications as completed when they have not been legitimately earned through the relevant third-party platform.

5.4. Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Platform unless expressly authorised by 365 Digital.

5.5. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

5.6. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from 365 Digital.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. The Platform, including its design, code, gamification system, branding, and all associated content, is the intellectual property of 365 Digital (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African intellectual property law, including the Copyright Act 98 of 1978.
6.2. Third-party certification names, logos, and course content (including but not limited to Google, Google Skillshop, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Google Ad Manager, and Google AdMob) are trademarks of their respective owners. 365 Digital does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.
6.3. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal professional development purposes only.
7. Progress Data and Gamification
7.1. Progress Data (including XP, ranks, badges, streaks, and certification status) is generated based on self-reported actions by the User. 365 Digital does not independently verify whether certifications have been completed on third-party platforms.
7.2. XP, ranks, and badges hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed outside the Platform.
7.3. 365 Digital reserves the right to modify the gamification system, including XP values, rank thresholds, badge criteria, and any other gamification mechanics, at any time without prior notice.
7.4. Progress Data may be reset or lost due to technical issues, browser data clearance, or platform updates. While 365 Digital implements reasonable data persistence measures, we do not guarantee the preservation of Progress Data.
8. Data Storage and Persistence

8.1. The Platform utilises a combination of browser-based local storage and server-side database storage (via Wix Data Collections) for data persistence.

8.2. Clearing your browser data, cookies, or local storage may result in the loss of locally cached Progress Data.

8.3. Server-side persistence is dependent on Wix infrastructure and is subject to Wix's own terms of service and availability guarantees.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
9.1. The Platform contains links to third-party certification platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. 365 Digital has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
9.2. Your use of third-party certification platforms is governed by those platforms' respective terms and conditions.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
10.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10.2. 365 Digital does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10.3. 365 Digital does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.
10.4. Completion of certifications tracked through the Platform does not constitute any form of endorsement, employment guarantee, or professional accreditation by 365 Digital.
11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, 365 Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

11.2. 365 Digital's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable South African law.
12. Termination
12.1. 365 Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
12.2. You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time. Your Progress Data may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12.3. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
14.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa, with the Western Cape Division of the High Court as the court of first instance.
15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 365 Digital regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
